Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of packaging and processing solutions that support Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives. You will deliver cost-effective project scope definition, equipment specifications, and technical recommendations through strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Roles will be based out of Chicago, IL, with other locations in Jackson, TN, Battle Creek, MI or Cary, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in a technical role (or 15+ years in related experience).
• Experience across Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel ~50% or more.
