Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with pharmaceutical equipment validation.
• Familiar with DMAIC and FMEA.
• Green belt or Black belt certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to cross-functionally interact across departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Packaging system owner during start up.
• Lead and support Packaging implementation and improvements.
• Support PAS-X deployment and use.
• Support deviations/change controls related to packaging.
• Develop test protocols and reports for new/modified processes.
• Investigate root causes of packaging issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards.
