Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/automation engineering required.
- 6 years of automation systems experience in pharma/biotech.
- GMP/non-GMP compliant automation experience.
- Proficiency with PLC, SCADA, DCS.
- Knowledge of ISA-88/ISA-95 and GAMP.
- Regulatory familiarity with FDA, cGMP.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation master plan for the site.
- Manage lifecycle and change control for automation systems.
- Provide training programs for instrumentation and control.
- Interface with users and management to ensure standards.
- Support regulatory audits for compliance.
- Lead automation projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ and validation processes.
