International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Packaging Operator in Clackamas, Oregon, to perform complex automatic machine operations and support production goals under cGMP standards. You will work with supervisors, maintenance, engineering, and the production crew to optimize packaging efficiency, troubleshoot equipment, and train new staff.

The role requires English communication, basic shop math, and the legal right to work in the United States.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Must pass drug screen and background check per IFF standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate complex automatic packaging equipment across multiple workstations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production leadership.
• Troubleshoot equipment and optimize packaging efficiency.
• Maintain cGMP compliance through documentation and re-qualification.
• Train new operators and mentor staff.
• Ensure workplace safety and PPE compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
