Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. This role is based in Clackamas, OR and is part of the Health & Biosciences team, contributing to safe, compliant production and impactful innovations.

You'll operate equipment, document batch records, and ensure quality while adhering to GMP and safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Complete batch records and forms accurately and on time.
• Perform changeovers, cleaning, and material handling as scheduled.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow GMP rules.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
