Hunter Shore Group seeks a Senior Manager to own a high-volume, automated packaging department in a rapidly expanding dairy operation. You will drive capital projects, install new lines, and scale high-speed packaging technologies, including robotics.

You are a results-driven leader who can coach a 24/7 team, implement advanced packaging processes, and ensure strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership within dairy.
• Deep knowledge of automated manufacturing systems, high-volume packaging, and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with refrigerated foods, dairy, or cheese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead & scale a 24/7 production team, building a high-performing packaging culture.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics (OEE, waste reduction, labor efficiency).
• Oversee upcoming capital projects, line installations, commissioning and start-ups.
• Maintain top-tier safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance (SQF, HACCP, FDA/USDA).
