Qualifications

• 5+ years in packaging development or packaging management in food/CPG.
• Strong knowledge of flexible film packaging and corrugated packaging.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing packaging costs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end packaging development from concept to commercialization.
• Develop packaging specs, samples, tests, and documentation.
• Lead supplier relationships, sourcing, pricing, and backup suppliers.
• Ensure packaging aligns with equipment like VFFS/HFFS and cartoning.
• Identify and resolve packaging issues before launches or supply disruption.
• Drive cost reductions through specification optimization and material alternatives.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, procurement, and product development.
