Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Project Manager Label Packaging in Alameda, CA. You will lead end-to-end labeling initiatives for digital health tools, coordinating with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing and PMO to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

You will develop strategy, manage change controls, and supervise labeling specialists, driving efficiency and quality across workflows in a highly cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management experience in medical devices/healthcare.
• Ability to solve problems, manage projects, influence groups and lead teams.
• Experience working across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing and PMO.

Responsibilities

• Develop labeling strategy aligned with company goals.
• Prioritize activities to support Artwork and Labeling Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet FDA/international requirements.
• Identify issues, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.
• Create/change control packages and coordinate approvals across sites.
• Lead labeling specialists and coordinators to high-quality output.
