Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a senior packaging leader to drive direct food contact, secondary and tertiary package innovation across the Americas. You will guide a cross-functional team, align with global packaging strategies, and push for sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.

The role requires leading multi-functional teams across coasts, driving ideation to implementation, and ensuring high-quality packaging performance while meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, polymer/materials engineering, or related science field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the package development team for America zone markets and other applicable markets.
• Maintain liaison with global packaging community for initiatives and competence development.
• Collaborate with west coast and east coast plant multi-function teams to scale up new pack types for production.
