Qualifications

• BS in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in Packaging and consumer goods industries.
• Experience linking technology with consumer insights for packaging.
• Prototype new packaging designs into workable concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage cross-category packaging development programs.
• Develop new and advanced packaging concepts.
• Scout external ideas from suppliers and Global Procurement.
• Partner with Marketing and Consumer Insights to identify opportunities.
• Lead design stages focused on consumer needs and solve technical challenges.
• Incorporate ergonomics and rapid prototyping in development.
• Understand cost structures and Total Delivered Cost for packaging.
• Manage timelines and budgets to deliver initiatives.
