Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a senior Packaging leader for North America Oral Care in the Piscataway, NJ area. This role will manage a team of Packaging Engineers and Design/Artwork Execution Managers, delivering packaging programs and ensuring alignment with global standards.

You will drive development of packaging materials, coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams, and mentor cross-functional partners to achieve KPIs and strategic goals in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related field (required).
• 10+ years experience in packaging development and delivering projects to the market.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate cross-functional partners to develop and implement programs.
• Strong business and strategic acumen with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-savvy with ability to use data, analytics and AI to support perspectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead NA Oral Care Packaging organization, including a team of packaging engineers and design/execution managers.
• Supervise development of packaging materials, including approvals of designs, specs, test plans, and BOMs.
• Engage with NA Division Management, including Supply Chain and Commercial teams, to align on packaging project KPIs.
• Assess and organize the teams roles, assignments, and project work to maximize efficiency for NA OC commercial grids.
• Ensure NA OC Packaging adheres to global Oral Care standards.
