Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, or related field and 4 years’ experience in marketing, branding, packaging, retail, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in marketing, branding, packaging, retail, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and packaging innovation to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage packaging defect reduction efforts by evaluating resources, quality control, equipment specifications, and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain consistent packaging content for suppliers.
• Resolve packaging content issues by coordinating solutions and establishing best practices and standards.
• Drive execution of business strategy by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to build a high-performing packaging team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and Walmart's packaging requirements.
