Qualifications

• Extensive experience in packaging engineering with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage packaging production, including resource allocation, quality control, and cost management.
• Expertise in developing and implementing packaging solutions aligned with industry standards and automation requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and company values.
• Brand Management and Microsoft Office listed as preferred qualifications.
• Master's in English or Marketing listed as preferred qualifications.
