Qualifications

• Experience supporting supplier evaluations, sourcing events, or cost optimization initiatives.
• Effective communication to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define packaging, quality, testing, and sustainability requirements for sourcing events and implementations.
• Lead packaging cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
• Develop fit-for-purpose packaging solutions balancing performance, manufacturability, compliance, sustainability, and cost.
• Create, review, and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and test requirements.
• Oversee packaging testing, trials, and validation to confirm performance and readiness.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve execution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen packaging capability through standardization and continuous improvement.
