Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Graphics & Product Label Specialist 3 to join the Product Labeling Design and Development team in Technical Services.

You will execute label content creation and artwork, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and manage labeling changes across the product lifecycle. Qualifications

• - BS degree in science or equivalent.
• - Minimum of 4+ years product labeling and project management experience for medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• - Experience using graphic design, XML based authoring tools, labeling or printing solution software.
• - Experience with a label design software (i.e. EasyLabel, NiceLabel, or BarTender or Prisym) is required.
• - Experience utilizing computer-aided design software and graphic tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
• - Strong project management, collaboration, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• - Familiar with SAP, Agile or similar software.
• - Proficient with Tableau, Smartsheet or similar project management software.
• - Knowledge of Agile PLM or similar PLM systems in medical device or life sciences.
• - Experience with Change Management or document control preferrred

Responsibilities

• Create/update/maintain product label content and artwork variants and manage changes in document management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Marketing) to develop labeling content and translate into label layouts.
• Execute minor updates and version changes independently.
• Support major label design changes with Labeling PMs and engineering teams.
• Design labels in current labeling applications (GLMS, Bartender, Hybrid).
• Handle label qualifications including attributes, tables, images, symbols and translations.
• Support Quality Management System initiatives and end-to-end GLMS Change Order process.
• Collaborate to produce consistent labeling development methods for diverse products/manufacturing variance.
• Coordinate UAT activities with IT/business partners for labeling content.
• Develop labeling solutions and best practices; train peers as needed.
