Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Packaging Graphics & Product Label Specialist -3 to join the Technical Services Department. This role supports end-to-end labeling content creation and artwork release for Intuitive products, collaborating with Labeling PMs and cross-functional teams.

You will handle label content updates, participate in NPD and sustaining activities, and ensure labels meet required standards using GLMS, Bartender, and other labeling tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4+ years product labeling and project management experience for medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• Experience using labeling or printing solution software.
• Experience with label design software such as EasyLabel, NiceLabel, BarTender or Prisym.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign and related graphic tools.
• Strong project management skills and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/maintain product label content and artwork and manage changes in the document management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Marketing) to develop labeling content and translate into label layouts.
• Execute minor updates and independently handle small projects (e.g., version changes).
• Troubleshoot issues, communicate impact, propose solutions.
• Support and execute major label design changes with PMs and engineering teams.
• Design labels using current labeling apps (GLMS, Bartender, Hybrid).
• Handle label qualifications (attributes, tables, images, symbols, translations) and training.
• Collaborate with Label Design and Development to standardize labeling workflows.
• Coordinate UAT with IT/business partners for label content.
