Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Graphics & Product Label Specialist to support end-to-end labeling content creation and artwork release.

The role collaborates with labeling PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant labeling for the full product lifecycle of Intuitive devices. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in product labeling or medical device labeling, proficiency with BarTender/Prisym/EasyLabel, and strong Adobe labeling tool skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of product labeling and project management experience in medical device or other regulated industry.
• Experience using graphic design/labeling software such as EasyLabel, NiceLabel, BarTender, or Prisym.
• Experience with graphic tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create/update/maintain product label content and artwork across document management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Marketing) to develop labeling content.
• Translate labeling content into functional label layout using labeling software.
• Execute minor content updates and version changes independently.
• Troubleshoot issues, assess impact, and propose solutions.
• Support complex design changes with Labeling PMs and engineering teams.
