Job summary

Bayer Whippany, NJ, is seeking a Packaging Operations Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development and business protection initiatives. You will drive the creation of secondary and tertiary packaging, deliver projects on time, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to defend brands and optimize the supply chain.

The role requires a Packaging Engineering degree (Bachelor's) with 8+ years in packaging development; a master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of packaging development and business protection/maintenance experience.
• FMCG/consumer healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of secondary and tertiary packaging.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery of projects and cost-saving initiatives.
• Transfer packaging information to factory/CMO and enable smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect brands and improve supply chain efficiency.
