Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with packaging validation protocols and documentation.
• Experience developing technical documentation and controlled engineering records.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and validation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of sterile and non-sterile packaging systems.
• Prepare and execute packaging validation protocols and technical reports.
• Create, revise, and maintain packaging specifications and controlled documents.
• Partner with manufacturing for packaging equipment and process improvements.
• Evaluate material qualifications and supplier changes.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining compliance.
• Lead cross-functional reviews on packaging issues affecting products.
• Support R&D projects and artwork updates across facilities.
