Bayer in Whippany, New Jersey, seeks a Packaging Operations Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development and US protection and maintenance projects within Consumer Health. You will partner with Product Supply, Development Center, Procurement and manufacturing to deliver cost-effective packaging, ensure quality, and transfer technical knowledge to factories.

Requires a Packaging Engineering degree and a track record in packaging development; 8+ years preferred; competitive benefits

Qualifications

Education: Packaging Engineering Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
Experience: Proven track record in packaging development, including creation, development and delivery of new packaging and maintenance of launched packaging, ensuring efficient production and best in class quality in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Assume remit for packaging development and maintenance activities; deliver on-time project success factors.
Create packaging solutions using deep technical knowledge, considering shopper, customer, channel, brand and financial factors.
Collaborate with US Product Supply and Development Center to support category business protection & maintenance plans.
