Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking a senior packaging engineer to lead packaging programs within a business unit. The role targets technical leadership, mentoring co-ops and junior engineers, and cross‑functional collaboration across project teams.

The engineer will drive design, testing and supplier coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and appealing packaging, with a focus on materials, molding, and process improvements across multiple packaging programs.

Qualificações

• Packaging engineer candidates for Dial Professional: 5-10yrs packaging experience.
• Blow molding and injecting molding experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and designs new packaging for safe, convenient and attractive transport of products under a variety of conditions.
• Develops packaging material standards and specifications; reviews existing test methods and develops new test methods where applicable.
• Evaluates packaging and transporting methods and procedures to ensure safety and quality standards; proposes efficient packing procedures and innovations.
• Develops engineering drawings and specifications with suppliers to determine materials and design requirements.
• Designs and coordinates laboratory tests and plant trials to assess technical feasibility of new materials and equipment.
• Provides technical support to ensure quality standards and packaging performance; participates in continuous improvement teams.
• Oversees coordination of activities at contract packaging and labeling sites and exterior package design.
