Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Moosic, PA is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead the development, qualification, optimization, and commercialization of packaging across product categories and platforms.

You will partner with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and external suppliers to deliver innovative, cost-efficient and sustainable packaging that meets regulatory and manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of progressive packaging engineering experience in CPG or related manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and tooling.
• Expertise in flexible packaging, paperboard, corrugated packaging, labels, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions.
• Manage packaging projects from concept to launch with timelines and cost targets.
• Develop BOMs, packaging standards, testing protocols, and technical documentation.
• Develop packaging trial plans and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
