Job summary

You will partner with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and suppliers to deliver innovative, cost-effective and sustainable packaging that meets regulatory and manufacturing requirements. You will drive packaging innovation, lead trials, establish testing protocols (ISTA, drop, compression),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive packaging engineering experience in CPG, confectionery, snack foods, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions for new products and line extensions.
• Manage packaging projects from concept through launch with timelines, performance, quality, and cost targets.
• Create and approve detailed packaging specifications for materials including plastics, films, labels, and corrugate.
