Job summary

Scentbird is seeking a Senior Packaging and Product Device Engineer to design, test, and implement packaging solutions across a range of fragrance brands. You will develop, test, and maintain packaging standards to support scalable packaging solutions for the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or consumer packaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete packaging development process, including design creation, prototype development and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot packaging problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze product drawings and specifications to determine packaging requirements and environmental/safety needs.
• Establish supplier evaluation standards; evaluate and select packaging suppliers; conduct vendor reviews.
