Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive packaging development experience with fragrance expertise.
• Ability to lead complex packaging programs from concept to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of materials, testing, manufacturing, and supplier capabilities.
• Experience with global suppliers, value engineering, and technical transfers.
• Proven mentoring ability and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end packaging development for the Fragrance category from feasibility through commercialization.
• Set technical direction and prioritize needs across launches and longer-term opportunities.
• Serve as the technical authority on packaging systems, materials, and processes.
• Lead testing, validation, specifications, and technical recommendations.
• Mentor colleagues and build technical capability across the team.
