$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You'll Do:

• Innovate packaging designs that elevate our cosmetic products, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing to ensure seamless packaging execution.
• Prototype and test designs, ensuring sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of trends in packaging technology and materials, ensuring our products remain on the cutting edge.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain top-tier quality throughout the production process.

What You Bring:

• 7-10 years of packaging design experience, ideally in cosmetics.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Expertise in sustainable materials and manufacturing processes like injection molding.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects.
