Account Manager – Healthcare Packaging (Remote | 50% Travel | Southeast or West Coast Focus)

A leading player in the specialty materials and high-performance packaging industry is seeking a Remote Account Manager to support its Healthcare Packaging segment. This role is ideal for professionals with a technical background in packaging engineering, especially those with experience selling into Medical Device Manufacturers (MDMs) or the pharmaceutical industry.

In this high-impact role, you’ll maintain and grow relationships with strategic healthcare packaging partners, drive demand generation, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative, sustainable solutions to the market.

• Fully remote within the Southeastern U.S. or West Coast
• Travel required up to 50% to customer sites, tradeshows, and industry events

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and expand key accounts across the healthcare packaging value chain
• Promote innovative materials for sterile barrier systems and medical applications
• Build long-term relationships with MDMs, pharmaceutical companies, and startups
• Develop account strategies and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
• Support technical, quality, supply chain, and marketing initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master’s in a STEM field (Packaging Science preferred)
• 5+ years in technical sales, account management or business development in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of nonwovens, films, coatings, adhesives, and regulatory considerations
• Skilled at relationship building, pipeline development, and negotiation
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Prior experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 healthcare packaging supplier
