Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a packaging engineering leader to deliver bulk powder packaging solutions and optimize processes across global facilities. You will design and specify packaging systems, mentor teams, and drive robust capital project implementation.

The role requires collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality teams, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a diverse, global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with packaging focus.
• Experience with packaging equipment for bulk powders.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and design abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to deliver packaging solutions for bulk powders.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Keep abreast of emerging packaging technologies and apply them to operations.
• Develop technical specs and best practices for bulk packaging equipment.
• Provide consulting to engineers and external teams on equipment and projects.
• Review equipment choices for new capital projects ensuring safety compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.
