The hybrid role blends on-site collaboration Mon-Thu with remote Fridays, driving eco-conscious, on-brand solutions across global product lifecycles. You will lead full-cycle packaging from concept through dieline handoff, work cross-functionally with watch design, marketing and production, and champion sustainable materials and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product packaging experience in fashion, retail or premium lifestyle accessories.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print-production, dielines, and overseas vendor comms.
• Excellent typography, layout and illustration skills.
• Solid project management with tools like ClickUp, Asana or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Elevate packaging systems balancing aesthetics with customer delight.
• Lead full-cycle packaging from brief and dieline to vendor handoff and pre-press checks.
• Collaborate with Packaging Production, Watch Design, Copy and Marketing to meet timelines.
• Address structural challenges and shipping constraints across regions.
• Manage asset templates, print specs, and factory-ready layouts.
• Source and test sustainable packaging materials and processes.
