Fossil Group's Global Creative Team is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to elevate premium brand packaging, balancing aesthetics with consumer needs and global trends. This hybrid role is onsite Monday–Thursday with optional remote Fridays, guiding full-cycle packaging—from brief and dieline to pre-press, vendor handoff, and final sampling, while championing sustainable materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product packaging experience in fashion or premium lifestyle.
• Expert typography, layout, and illustration skills.
• Strong knowledge of print production, dielines, paper stocks, and overseas communications.

Responsibilities

• Elevate unboxing experiences with premium, on-brand packaging systems.
• Lead full-cycle packaging from brief and dieline creation to vendor handoff and sampling.
• Collaborate across packaging production, watch design, copy and marketing to hit timelines.
• Resolve structural constraints and optimize for international shipping.
• Oversee asset management, templates, print specs, and mechanical layouts.
• Drive eco-innovation with sustainable materials and processes.
