Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience with a focus on packaging, branding, and consumer products.
• Experience on licensed products, brand collaborations, or co-branded initiatives preferred.
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, or CPG preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging design, brand identity, typography, and concept development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging and brand design concepts for new products, collections, launches, and limited-edition programs.
• Support licensed partnerships, brand collaborations, and co-branded product initiatives.
• Create packaging systems and visual identities that maintain brand consistency across collaborations.
• Produce production-ready artwork for cartons, labels, tubes, bottles, and inserts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and licensing/partner teams to execute concepts.
• Translate brand guidelines and partner assets into cohesive, commercially viable executions.
• Explore mood boards, typography, color palettes, graphics, and design systems for upcoming launches.
