SpaLife Beauty in Edison, NJ seeks a Senior Packaging Designer to elevate and execute our evolving brand story. You will collaborate with the design team to deliver on-brand packaging concepts and marketing assets from concept to delivery.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, trend tracking, and the ability to produce high-volume work in a fast-paced setting. You will report to the VP of Sales & Creative and grow the design team during a pivotal growth period.

Competenze

• 6+ years of professional packaging design experience.
• Health & beauty industry or CPG experience is a bonus.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill).
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to work within and establish design languages.

Mansioni

• Design a high volume of creative packaging concepts and marketing assets (PDQs, decks, collateral, social content).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and marketing to elevate SpaLife’s visual brand story.
• Ensure brand image is consistent and adheres to brand style guide across channels.
• Stay informed on consumer habits to meet account needs.
• Interpret briefs and communicate design decisions clearly to managers.
• Concept and ideate multiple design territories and justify design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and support design leadership while integrating AI thoughtfully.
