SpaLife is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to elevate our evolving brand story and execute a variety of packaging concepts and marketing assets. You will collaborate with our design team to maintain brand consistency across channels and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Located in Edison, NJ, you will report to the VP of Sales & Creative and contribute to a growing team by sharing samples of your proven work and mentoring junior designers.

Competenze

• 6+ years of professional packaging design experience.
• Experience in health & beauty or CPG is a strong bonus.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill).
• Portfolio demonstrates ability to work within existing design languages and establish new ones.
• Desire to mentor others and collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds.

Mansioni

• Design a high volume of packaging concepts, PDQs, decks, branding collateral and digital assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and elevate SpaLife’s visual brand story.
• Ensure brand image consistency across channels per style guide.
• Stay informed on consumer habits to meet account needs.
• Interpret briefs and communicate design decisions to account managers.
• Concept and ideate design territories and justify creative choices.
• Mentor junior designers and support design direction with leadership.
