Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design and procedures work for product development in conjunction with business unit engineering teams.
• Execute packaging CAD, testing and evaluation for new product development activities.
• Perform design for cost, reliability, performance, recyclability, and environmental analysis for packaging designs.
• Develop and implement packaging design procedures and align strategy with Hubbell Engineering Leadership.
• Identify and execute packaging savings opportunities in line with productivity goals.
