Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Packaging Systems Senior Specialist to manage and optimize packaging data for new product development, specification changes, and strategic initiatives. You will enter and validate data across legacy and new PLM systems, query data, and generate reports using PLM, Power BI, and Excel.

You will configure the new PLM system, support data migration, and create documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, CS, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with product lifecycle management in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into PLM and legacy systems for NPD and spec changes.
• Build reports in PLM, Power BI, and Excel; translate data into business actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and drive outcomes.
• Configure and test the new PLM system; ensure requirements are met.
• Migrate data from legacy systems; maintain data integrity.
