Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Packaging Systems Engineer to support automated vision systems and packaging equipment. You will design, test, and validate vision system recipes and troubleshoot PLC/HMI for packaging processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Packaging Engineering with at least five years of experience, strong reading of schematics, and excellent communication skills to ensure regulatory compliance across cGMP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Five years' experience in packaging or electrical engineering.
• Experience with high-speed visual inspection equipment and packaging machinery design.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in ladder logic and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and qualify vision system recipes.
• Provide PLC and HMI troubleshooting support for packaging.
• Investigate equipment performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure validated state of equipment and compliance with cGMP/OSHA/ISO.
• Build vendor relationships for technical support.
