Myers and Stauffer LC seeks a health care senior consultant to analyze healthcare information and policies related to Medicaid and PACE programs. You will support policy development, reimbursement models, and outcomes analyses for state and federal clients.

The role involves researching policies, collaborating with project teams, and traveling as needed to client sites to support feasibility studies, program implementations, and readiness reviews.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, health informatics, health administration, accounting, or business).
• Three years of Medicaid/Medicare policy experience preferred (within last five years).
• Experience planning and conducting state Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement studies and analyses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand PACE programs for state aging/Medicaid agencies and CMS; support PACE initiatives.
• Research Medicaid/Medicare policies, CFRs, and PACE service best practices.
• Assist with rate and reimbursement calculations and analyze claims data.
• Develop subject-matter expertise for client, project, and policy work.
• Prepare documents to support professional decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
