The Senior Political Compliance Manager will prepare federal and state campaign finance filings, manage client PAC data, and mentor junior staff while serving as a key relationship manager for selected clients. Strong regulatory knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, political science, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in filing federal (required) and state (desirable) campaign finance reports.
• Professional and interpersonal skills required to develop and foster positive relationships.
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Federal and State campaign finance reports with appropriate agencies.
• May serve as a team lead, training new team members and improving department operations.
• Prepare and file lobbying, pay-to-play and non-profit tax forms for clients as needed.
• Import or enter receipt and disbursement activity and PAC data.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned customers.
• Perform banking services for client PACs and track disbursement limits.
