Job summary

Aristotle in Washington, DC is seeking a Political Compliance Manager to prepare federal and state campaign finance filings, manage PAC data, and serve as the client liaison. You will handle banking reconciliations, track disbursement limits, and support client software conversions while collaborating with Compliance and Development teams.

The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and meeting statutory deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting, political science, business, or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Experience filing federal reports (required) and state reports (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and state campaign finance reports.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
• Manage PAC data in databases and reconcile accounts.
• Train clients on software use and PAC goals.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Development teams to resolve issues.
• Attend events as a company representative.
