Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading technical execution of engineering teams.
• 5+ years' experience on software development programs in Agile.
• Experience supporting program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, FQT, Fielding).
• Experience mentoring early career engineers.
• Fundamental knowledge in airborne radar systems with algorithm/software development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Establish proactive technical oversight and risk management culture.
• Lead algorithm and tactical software development for PAC-3 Seeker.
• Direct day-to-day technical execution of Mission IPT contracts in Agile.
• Coordinate with test facilities for FQT.
• Align with Prime Contractor and US Government on technical matters.
• Drive IPT toward System Integration for PAC-3 Seeker.
• Understand PAC-3 Seeker lifecycle from concept to flight test.
• Report to IPT Lead and program CE.
