Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Integration & Test Manager to lead a multi-program portfolio within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense domain. You will guide systems engineering across PAC-3, SBV, Avenger, ABMD, and IFPC, building strong teams into delivery milestones.

Lead workforce planning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical execution to ensure performance, cost, schedule and mission success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of engineering or systems engineering experience.
7+ years of leadership or program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
Experience with workforce planning and employee development.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for systems engineering across multiple programs.
Lead and develop a team of engineers and support personnel.
Establish priorities and allocate resources across multiple program demands.
Partner with program managers, IPT leads, and functional leaders to align activities with program objectives.
Ensure requirements development, integration planning, and verification support.
Oversee technical review preparation, milestone reviews, and engineering execution planning.
Lead continuous improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, process improvements, and tool adoption.
