Job summary

Oracle is seeking a PaaS Integration Specialist to own the integration layer that supports a strategic banking platform. You will ensure high availability, production readiness, and observable cloud integrations while collaborating with Oracle SaaS Operations, Infra/PaaS, OCI teams, and NFCU stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading middleware evolution, implementing OIC Gen3 integrations, managing OCI services, and driving automation, monitoring, and DR readiness across workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud and OCI infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3).
• Experience configuring API Gateways and managing data synchronization with GoldenGate.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON and XML data formats.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT and TLS security practices.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in incident, change, problem, and release management.
• Terraform, Python, and shell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team evolution of middleware patterns to standardize interoperability at scale.
• Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies minimizing downstream breaks.
• Implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3) integrations and API Gateway configurations.
• Manage OCI GoldenGate replication and data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Own production support for the PaaS integration layer.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Build and refine observability, monitoring dashboards, health checks, and proactive alerts.
• Develop automation to improve operational efficiency and disaster recovery planning.
• Engage in architecture and governance workshops with NFCU and Oracle teams.
