Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior P6 Scheduler to develop, maintain, and integrate comprehensive project schedules for large-scale programs. The role requires extensive Primavera P6 experience and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and resources.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project scheduling, with 5+ years using Primavera P6, and holds a relevant bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred or 14 years of related scheduling experience in lieu.
• 10+ years full-time scheduling experience on large-scale projects; at least 5 years with Primavera P6.
• Eligible to work under DOE regulation 10 CFR Part 810.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills; strong technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate schedules across programs and coordinate dependencies.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support project controls with earned value data and cost alignment.
• Ensure PMO standards compliance and consistency in coding calendars and resource assignments.
