Job summary

Remedy is seeking a mid-level California-licensed Professional Engineer to support engineering, remedial design, and implementation across Remedy’s portfolio of contaminated-property assessment, remediation, and redevelopment projects.

This hands-on role spans the full lifecycle from site assessment to site development integration, working closely with Remedy’s Head of Environmental and internal teams. The ideal candidate can independently review engineering work and take PE-level responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Active California PE license in good standing.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in environmental remediation or related fields.
• Experience reviewing engineering work and taking PE-level responsibility.
• Experience managing contractors and projects through design to construction.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel to CA project sites.

Responsibilities

• Remedial engineering and design of contaminated soil, groundwater, and soil vapor.
• Manage contractor scopes, proposals, and construction oversight.
• Coordinate project scopes, budgets, schedules, and regulatory communications.
