Job summary

Oxford Risk Management Group is seeking an Underwriting Specialist to evaluate Property & Casualty policies, identify coverage gaps, and provide pricing data for commercial lines. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates will have extensive P&C underwriting experience, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of underwriting experience required.
• 2+ years reviewing Property & Casualty policies (Commercial Property, Auto, General Liability, GAP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&C policies for coverage gaps and terms.
• Review loss runs and renewal information to support underwriting decisions.
• Conduct client calls to obtain data for pricing and risk assessment.
• Prepare renewal and pricing documents for sign-off.
• Coordinate with Claims for sign-off and trend analysis.
