Job summary

Allstate seeks a senior actuarial leader to own loss and expense reserve estimation across Auto Injury and Business Insurance. You will present to executive leadership, collaborate with external actuaries and regulators, and drive modern reserving practices with AI-enabled methods.

You will build and coach a team, shape multi-year plans, and ensure rigorous governance and GAAP/Statutory compliance across methods.

Qualifications

• FCAS or equivalent actuarial designation is required.
• 12+ years of progressive P&C actuarial experience with reserving focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the reserve estimate across Auto Injury and Business Insurance.
• Present results to CFO/CAO/CEO and other leaders.
• Benchmark reserving techniques against industry practice.
• Engage external auditors, actuaries, and insurance departments.
• Lead end-to-end talent management for an expanded team.
