Job summary

MCI is seeking a senior account manager to lead P&C and life insurance programs for key clients in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will oversee client communications, nurture relationships, ensure policy changes and deadlines are tracked, and contribute to strategy with the Management Team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of insurance experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage complex processes and regulatory requirements in a multi-client setting.

Qualifications

• It requires 10+ years of insurance experience building and managing Property and Casualty and Life insurance programs.
• Experience in P&C account management and BPO insurance contracts is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of client products and services.
• Manage growth and oversee the sales operation.
• Improve and strengthen existing P&C programs.
• Provide input, innovation, and support to the Management Team.
• Project management of new launches and initiatives, including process design and implementation.
• Ensure program efficiency and financial performance.
