Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for a Senior Protection & Controls Engineer to design and implement protection and control systems for electrical utility projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in protection and control engineering, strong technical skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in protection and control engineering, including SCADA systems.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with electrical utility switching stations/substations.
• Strong knowledge of protective relay schemes and AC/DC power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design P&C systems for switching stations and substations ranging from 4kV to 500kV.
• Create and review engineering drawings, including relay protection schematics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
