Oswald Companies is seeking a Client Manager, P&C to manage and service a book of Property & Casualty business. You will be the primary client contact, shaping coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery while coordinating internal resources to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring leadership in client service delivery and relationship management to support organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–10 years of commercial lines experience.
• Proven client management and servicing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of P&C coverages.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client strategy including coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery.
• Provide direction to client service team members and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Design, market, and implement insurance programs based on client risk profiles.
• Review contracts, exposures, and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, and Practice Leaders to drive growth and retention.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation.
• Promote best practices across client service operations.
