Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Auditor specializing in Property & Casualty actuarial topics to lead audits across the (re)insurance value chain, focusing on reserving, pricing, and risk management. You will evaluate governance and controls, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive improvements in risk practices.

You'll coach and develop team members while building strong working relationships, contributing to a forward‑looking risk culture at Swiss Re.

Qualifications

• Nearly qualified or qualified P&C actuary.
• 7+ years in insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong experience in reserving and/or pricing.
• IFRS 17 and/or US GAAP governance, processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits across P&C value chain end-to-end.
• Evaluate governance, controls and risk management practices.
• Identify and assess key and emerging risks within the P&C actuarial domain.
• Engage and challenge senior stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Coach and develop team members and build stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to a strong, forward-looking risk culture at Swiss Re.
